LTI enters definitive agreement to take over Pune-based Cuelogic

Larsen & Toubro Infotech (LTI), an Indian IT solutions and services company, has reportedly inked a definitive agreement to acquire a Pune-based software products developer, Cuelogic Technologies.

Cuelogic, since it was founded in 2010, has built capabilities in the digital engineering space. The company primarily focuses on the development of cloud-native web & mobile applications, modernization, and operates Innovation Lab for its clients across India and the U.S. The recent acquisition agreement is expected to offer LTI instant access to its rapidly expanding business, an impressive client roster, and above 300 employees.

In addition, Cuelogic partners with enterprise clients on various facets of digitalization including Applications Modernization, IoT, AI Consulting, DevOps, and UX Consulting. The company caters to the need of global enterprises and boosts modern digital businesses through its extensive product portfolio.
