Quantis allies with BCG to fast-track sustainable transformation

Management consulting firm, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), has recently announced that it has acquired Quantis, a leading environmental sustainability consultancy, to reinforce climate and sustainability (C&S) expertise and transformation capability.

According to sources, the acquisition will be finalized later this month. Credible sources cite that Quantis will operate as an individual business unit within BCG while retaining its brand and leadership team.

Dimitri Caudrelier, Quantis CEO, stated that BCG’s extensive industry knowledge and transformation capability, coupled with Quantis’ deep scientific expertise and solid sustainability reputation, will steer an irresistible force to accelerate the shift toward businesses at their best.

According to Dimitri, as the planet’s concerns have never been so deep, this deal will assist the firm in taking a step forward in the vision of a new planetary economy.

Dimitri went on to say that this alliance will also offer massive opportunities for Quantisians to increase their level of impact and grow substantially.

Sources further claim that collaborating with BCG will empower the firm to speed up the science-driven sustainable transformation to which Quantis has been committed unwaveringly.

Christoph Schweizer, the BCG CEO, added that Quantis and BCG’s collaboration is an exciting opportunity to solidify their abilities to help clients transform sustainability and protect the planet.

Christoph cited that many firms are seeking such kind of expertise that the Quantis team offers while expressing gratitude and welcoming the passionate and accomplished team of Quantis to BCG.

For the uninitiated, Quantis, established in 2006, comprises 250 environmental experts and transformation specialists, specifically based in the U.S. and Europe.

This global consultancy holds a proven record of deploying a science-based, systems-level approach to fast-track sustainable business transformation for operating within planetary boundaries.

It is also recognized for rolling out innovative solutions and tackling diverse and critical environmental challenges, which include climate change, deforestation, plastic pollution, biodiversity loss, and water scarcity.
