Valsoft acquires Commsoft OASES and enters the aviation vertical

  • Since the company’s first association with airline sector over 40 years ago, Communications Software has been developing the MRO IT system continually.

Valsoft Corporation Inc., a company that specializes in development and acquisition of businesses working on vertical market software, reportedly announced that it acquired Communications Software Limited, (Commsoft OASES), a Tiptree, UK based leader in the field of aviation maintenance and engineering software market.

Communications Software Limited, established 1971 as a software house, obtained its first airline contract in year 1975 with UKs industry pioneer Laker Airways, which further led to the launch of OASES (Open Aviation Strategic Engineering System) predecessor the year following.

After the company’s first association with airline sector over 40 years ago, Communications Software has been greatly the company’s MRO IT system continually. The system, now dubbed OASES, is a procedure that is shaped in big part by its client feedbacks.

James Stock, Gary Pollak, Nick Godwin and David Pusey are very proud of the organization they have built alongside their employees. They are optimistic about the future of company.

Financial terms pertaining to the proposed acquisition deal were not disclosed by Valsoft Corporation.
