Vertical software powerhouse Volaris Group Inc. has reportedly acquired Adapt IT Holdings, a leading technology firm in South Africa. With this acquisition, Adapt IT offers a talented global team, an excellent track record of successful acquisitions, and a legacy of innovation thereby positioning Volaris Group for expansion across Africa and beyond.

Michael Dufton, the Portfolio Leader at Volaris Group, has assured the employees, stakeholders, and customers of Adapt IT that Volaris intends to provide productive assistance in building Adapt IT’s future. Dufton added that Volaris is ready to reinforce Adapt IT with technology, resources as well as best practices to bolster the next growth phase of the company.
